If you're a post-doc, please consider applying for the Early career award.
During the registration process, you will be required to choose two options.
- Diet. The CIS offers two diets: regular and vegetarian. This option is included in the registration fee, but you must make your choice.
- Social events. These events include the guided visit of a Champagne House. Attendees are expected to reach the visit site by their own means. After the visit, attendees should meet in front of the Notre Dame Cathedral for a visit. Timing and directions will be given by the EEM2024 staff. The negotiated cost of these two social events is 20€ per person in addition to the regular registration fee.
Included in the registration.
- Coffee breaks (5). These pauses are organised in the CIS.
- Lunches (3). Lunches (buffets) will be served on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in the CIS.
- Champagne tasting. This champagne discovery will take place at the CIS. An independent Champagne producer will offer the degustation of five different Champagne brands from his own production.
- Gala dinner. This dinner will be held in the CIS after the Champagne tasting. The recipients of the communication and poster prices will be honoured by a short ceremony during the gala dinner.
